HUTCHINSON, KAN., October 3, 2022 — Executives from Data Center Inc. (DCI), a privately-owned developer of digital banking and core processing solutions, attended the annual Financial Women in Texas (FWIT) conference last month, where DCI’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Fankhauser, presented on an esteemed panel of women in finance.
Members of the panel were asked to answer the audience’s questions in creative ways. Some answers were limited to five words or had to be explained in one breath, while other questions were posed in speed rounds. Fankhauser responded to the audience’s inquiries on an array of topics. Most notable to her, however, were those which centered around her role as a woman in leadership, requesting advice for young women getting their start in the realm of finance.
Fankhauser said, “I absolutely love this organization and the women involved with it. The leadership of the organization is so passionate. And the conference is all about inspiring each other and paving the way for other women.”
“I love that each of the local FWIT organizations got the chance to share what they accomplished over the last year,” added Tanna Faulkner, Senior Vice President of Sales and Digital Communications at DCI. “It always included community projects, and specifically the support of women-led projects in the community.”
