The latest DCI annual customer satisfaction survey – measuring client satisfaction on 33 different metrics – reflected successful customer service efforts, with clients rating their overall satisfaction with DCI at 93%. These results mark nearly 15 years of overall satisfaction ratings at or above 90%. Additionally, 74% of DCI customers rated their satisfaction with DCI with a perfect score of 100%.
