Vendor Management Specialist

The Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining the DCI internal vendor management software (TRAC) and assisting the Director, Vendor Management in the operation of the iCore360 Vendor Management application. The Vendor Management Specialist will maintain close relationships with DCI vendors and customers and assist in the satisfactory utilization of the DCI Vendor Management processes.


  • Obtaining and collecting due diligence data from vendors and client banks.
  • Maintaining the TRAC and iCore360 Vendor Management databases.
  • Compiling contract documentation and maintaining contract renewal database to ensure proper renewal or termination of contracts.
  • Working closely with DCI contract attorney on contract review and modifications.
  • Responding to internal inquiries relating to vendors.
  • Assisting with internal audits and regulatory exams.
  • Participating as an active member of the Vendor Risk & Oversight Committee (VROC).
  • Assisting customer with setup of Vendor Management application.
  • Assisting with design and testing of new projects and enhancements to DCI Vendor Management application.
  • Providing back-up support to Director, Vendor Management by answering vendor, customer, and employee questions and concerns about assigned applications.
  • Three or more years work experience for financial institution.
  • Ability to travel at least 20%.

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field


Three or more years work experience for financial institution. Must possess general knowledge of all areas of the banking industry and related financial data processing. Knowledge of bank compliance regulations.
