Job Details Part Time Balancing Clerk-Commerce CAThe Part Time Item Processing Balance Clerk is responsible for the timely import process and creation of bank transactions files. This includes balancing and verifying bank transactions and correcting MICR line rejects. Other duties include verifying reports, mail preparation, report building and performing task-oriented procedures on a computer. This position is considered Low-Level with banking transaction knowledge with high degree of detail. Provides exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective and complete satisfactory care. This individual must also be reliable/flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet site processing and operations requirements during peak periods.
Job Details Part-Time Balance ClerkThe PT Balance Clerk is responsible for investigating, re-entering, and balancing check items that reject under normal processing, which includes balancing and verifying that debits and credits on grouped check and bank transaction items are equal, investigating, re-entering/MICR encoding, and balancing rejected items.
Job Details Night Inserting Machine OperatorThe Inserting Machine Operator is responsible for running bank statements on inserting machine equipment in a multi-bank imaging processing environment.

Job Details Computer Operator TraineeComputer Operator Trainees are responsible for operating DCI computer equipment in an efficient manner to meet processing deadlines. This role requires an understanding and familiarity with the functions and operating procedures of each piece of equipment used in DCI operations. Computer Operator Trainees should strive to learn and gain as much experience as is possible in the use of each computer application. An objective of this role is looking for and be aware of areas where work can be processed more efficiently and effectively; and do what is necessary to improve those areas.
Job Details AccountantThe Accountant is responsible for accounting maintenance and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, methods, and DCI standards. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of and accounting for monthly billing to customers, maintaining fixed asset ledger and reconciling sales tax returns.
Job Details Facilities ManagerThe Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all facilities and grounds maintenance and janitorial activities for the Hutchinson corporate and operations buildings. The facilities manager is accountable for ensuring the timely management of various building remodel and repair projects and contact with contractors. Prepares the annual budget as it relates to the facilities and is responsible for controlling facility costs. The Facilities Manager also holds the title and responsibilities of the DCI Physical Security Manager.
Responsibilites:
- Performs basic maintenance and repair work along with basic prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the buildings or grounds as required.
- Arrange for and manage, appropriate third-party contractor support, as needed.
- Prepare budgets, secure estimates/cost quotes, and approve invoices as needed.
- Keep maintenance contracts current for all systems and equipment as required.
