DCI Promotes Amy Winter to Lead Customer Relationship Team
HUTCHINSON, KAN., February 7, 2023 –DCI (Data Center Inc.), the privately-owned developer of core processing, digital banking, and fintech processing solutions, has promoted Amy Winter to Director of Customer Relationships.
In her new position, Winter will maintain close relationships with DCI customers, ensuring they're obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of services. She'll also continue one-on-one visits with banks to oversee and monitor customer satisfaction.

Winter is also responsible for leading the department's seven Customer Relationship Managers. She is currently working on adding two additional managers and realigning bank assignments to provide even better service for each DCI customer.

Winter began her career in banking nearly 15 years ago as a Private Banking Relationship Manager at Commerce Bank of Wichita, Kan., and then as a Retail Market Sales Officer with Fidelity Bank in Wichita, Kan. During her tenure at Fidelity, she helped the company with retail banking growth, business development, and administration services. Winter joined DCI in 2018 as a Customer Relationship Manager.
She lives in Wichita, Kan., with her husband and two daughters.
