DCI Promotes Amy Winter to Lead Customer Relationship Team

HUTCHINSON, KAN., February 7, 2023 –DCI (Data Center Inc.), the privately-owned developer of core processing, digital banking, and fintech processing solutions, has promoted Amy Winter to Director of Customer Relationships.

In her new position, Winter will maintain close relationships with DCI customers, ensuring they're obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of services. She'll also continue one-on-one visits with banks to oversee and monitor customer satisfaction.

"It's a privilege and honor to be part of a passionate leadership team dedicated to our employees and the community bankers we serve," said Winter.

Winter is also responsible for leading the department's seven Customer Relationship Managers. She is currently working on adding two additional managers and realigning bank assignments to provide even better service for each DCI customer.

"With my new role, I envision our team growing towards the same goal of consistently looking to find strategic ways to foster our relationships with our community banks through a dedicated partnership," added Winter.

"It is gratifying to have employees that are so experienced and skilled that you can promote from within," said Sarah Fankhauser, DCI President and CEO. "Amy has the perfect knowledge base and leadership mix to provide a strong, focused guidance for our Customer Relationship team."

Winter began her career in banking nearly 15 years ago as a Private Banking Relationship Manager at Commerce Bank of Wichita, Kan., and then as a Retail Market Sales Officer with Fidelity Bank in Wichita, Kan. During her tenure at Fidelity, she helped the company with retail banking growth, business development, and administration services. Winter joined DCI in 2018 as a Customer Relationship Manager.
