Balance Clerk (Part-time)

 

The Balance Clerk is responsible for investigating, re-entering, and balancing check items that reject under normal processing, which includes balancing and verifying that debits and credits on grouped check and bank transaction items are equal, investigating, re-entering/MICR encoding, and balancing rejected items.

 

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. regularly.

Standing and/or sitting for extended periods, high finger dexterity and strength in hands.

Introductory knowledge of banking, financial data processing, balancing, and/or bookkeeping is preferred, but not required.


Basic data-entry proficiency and strong visual error detection skills.


Effective time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.

 

 

 

 

Business Analyst

 

The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the prioritization of development projects, writing project specifications, and performing quality assurance testing of software changes to ensure quality software releases of the DCI processing system.

 

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.


At least three or more year of work experience in banking and or/data processing.


Knowledge of bank compliance regulations.


Advanced knowledge of financial computing applications and general PC operations.


Excellent planning, time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.


Some travel may be required.

 

 

 

 

eBanking Implementations/Support Specialist

 

The Implementation/Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the eBanking Solution systems, maintaining close liaison with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services. They are also responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers regarding their questions and concerns about various DCI eBanking applications.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related.

Three or more year’s work experience for a financial institution.

Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Extensive travel to DCI client financial institution sites during equipment installations and
set-ups.

Frequent periods of driving and flying.

 

 

 

 

Project Manager

 

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating internal projects and the Conversion Group’s efforts in ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers and vendors, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.

 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

 

Three or more years of work experience in a supervisor capacity for a financial institution.

 

Advanced knowledge of the banking industry and related financial data processing and testing skills.

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

Excellent planning, time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.
