Computer Operator Trainee

 

The Computer Operator Trainee is responsible for operating company computer equipment in an efficient manner to meet processing deadlines. They require an understanding and familiarity with the functions and operating procedures of each piece of equipment used in DCI operations. Computer Operator Trainee should strive to learn and gain as much experience as is possible in the use of each computer application and should look for and be aware of areas where work can be processed more efficiently and effectively and do what is necessary to improve those areas.

 

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.

Zero to six months work experience in computer operations.

Basic knowledge of computer operations. Know or be able to learn UNIX, Scripts, CRONS, and VI.

PC operation skills and Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The ability to lift 50lbs., stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Effective time management, organization, telephone, writing and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of financial data processing principles and processes is preferred but not required.

 

 

 

Customer Support Specialist

 

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers over the telephone, through chat and email. Using previous banking experience and product knowledge, the Customer Support Specialist provides a high level of service to DCI processing banks.

 

Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; however, additional work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.


At least two years’ work experience in a financial institution or financial service industry.


Excellent customer services, written and verbal communication skills are required.

 

 

 

Implementation Specialist

 

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

Three or more years of work experience for a financial institution.

General knowledge of the banking industry and related financial data processing and testing skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

Excellent planning, time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.

 

The ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

 

 


IT Auditor

 

The IT Auditor is responsible for the administration and maintenance of an effective internal audit program resulting in the identification and consideration of risks and controls for company applications, systems software, functions, and all internal departmental areas. Responsible for performing and documenting audits and reporting results to management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Managing bank/customer confirmation and examination package requests. Managing 3rd party service providers, the completion of SSAE #16 reviews, penetration tests vulnerability assessments and social engineering tests. Serves as a liaison between management and regulatory bodies in the examination process.

 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or a related area.

A minimum of three years of audit experience.

At least five years of work experience in banking and financial data processing, or related experience.

 

 

 

Project Manager

 

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating internal projects and the Conversion Group’s efforts in ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers and vendors, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.

 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

 

Three or more years of work experience in a supervisor capacity for a financial institution.

 

Advanced knowledge of the banking industry and related financial data processing and testing skills.

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

Excellent planning, time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.

 

The ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
