Business Continuity Planner

 

The Business Continuity Planner is responsible for providing the overall coordination of DCI’s Business Continuity Plan efforts and is the facilitator of the Emergency Management Team (EMT). Responsible for improving organizational resiliency to catastrophic business interruptions ensuring critical operations can continue or are resumed as quickly as possible. This position works closely with DCI’s technical teams to coordinate testing activities. The position is also a member of the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) and the Safety & Security Committee.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in emergency management, business continuity or a related field.

At least three years’ experience in business continuity, emergency preparedness, crisis planning and/or disaster planning.


Experience in writing business continuity, emergency preparedness, crisis response or comparable plans is preferred.


Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Basic PC operation and testing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office, and Windows applications required.


Certified as DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional, or DRII Master Business Continuity Professional or as a Member of the Business Continuity Institute is preferred. If you do not possess certification, you must be committed to becoming certified within one year of employment.


Limited travel is required.

 

 

 

 

Card Services Specialist

 

The Card Services Specialist is responsible for the coordination and implementation of ATM card, debit card and/or ATM terminals with client institutions. They are also responsible for coordination of ancillary products such as but not limited to Fraud Scoring, Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and VRU. Other responsibilities include second level troubleshooting for existing clients using logging and research tools available, as well as acting as a liaison between DCI Card Customers and DCI's Card Services Department.

 

Requirements:
An Associates’ degree in Accounting, Banking or a related field is preferred but not required.

Two years of work experience in a customer contact role, preferably in bankcard services and/or data processing.


Knowledge of operation of ATM/card and EFTS network and bank settlements.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills required.


The ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.

 

 

 

 

 

Customer Relationship Manager

 

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining close liaison with assigned customers to assist them in obtaining full and satisfactory utilization of services; schedules personal visits to assigned customers and acts in a consulting manner to improve and/or maintain a high level of customer satisfaction; performs additional training as needed and implements new services in client banks as appropriate.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration or related degree field is strongly preferred.


Two years of work experience in a financial organization, preferably in a customer service or an account management role.


Three years of experience in financial data processing.


The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.


Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Advanced PC operation and testing skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office, and Windows applications required.

 

 

 

 

 

Customer Support Specialist

 

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely support to DCI customers over the telephone, through chat and email. Using previous banking experience and product knowledge, the Customer Support Specialist provides a high level of service to DCI processing banks.

 

Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; however, additional work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

 

At least two years’ work experience in a financial institution or financial service industry.


Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills are required.

 

 

 

 

 

Implementation Specialist

 

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system, maintaining close liaison with customers, and assisting banks in obtaining complete and satisfactory utilization of DCI services.


 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.

Three or more years of work experience in a financial institution.

The ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills are also required.

 

 

 

 

 

IT Help Desk Technician

 

The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing accurate and timely first level technical support to DCI employees. The IT help desk technician is also responsible to ensure calls are directed appropriately for escalation and the employee is updated with call status while in the queue for escalation.


 

Requirements:

An Associates of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

 

One year of work experience in a help desk or computer support capacity. Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, OS and software, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office products, and printing applications required.


Understanding of the fundamentals of data communications, database applications, and host communications.

 

Requires a high level of technical field experience and be a member of an on-call rotation.

 

Effective time management, organization, writing and verbal communication skills.

 

Occasional periods of driving and traveling to customer or other DCI sites.

 

The ability to lift up to 80 lbs. is required.

 

 

 

 

 

.Net Software Developer

 

The .NET Software Developer is responsible for web-based application programming of DCI's financial data processing products. Other responsibilities include:

  • Writing and maintaining new and existing programs.
  • Designing, coding, testing, and debugging program logic.
  • Writing program documentation using methodology and programming standards.
  • Maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting assigned applications.
  • Providing implementation and programming support to Customer Support and Professional Services during conversions and application installations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree and/or equivalent work experience.

 

Microsoft Windows development and support skills using a Microsoft.NET language (C# and/or VB.net) and ASP.NET. 

 

Experience and knowledge of web-based systems and tools and technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery. 

 

Basic relational database knowledge in Oracle and/or SQL Server is preferred.
