DCI is to core processing what community banks are to banking. I don't know how any other core provider can compete with DCI's culture.

Bank Software Developer DCI Acquires TeleWeb from ProfitStars
– Acquisition Adds Internet/Mobile/Voice Banking Solutions to DCI Core Software Suite –



HUTCHINSON, KAN., October 3, 2014
– Data Center Inc (DCI), the privately-owned developer of the iCore360® core banking software and related technologies, announced today their acquisition of the TeleWeb suite of Internet and mobile banking software products from the ProfitStars® division of Jack Henry & Associates (NASDAQ: JKHY) in Allen, TX.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is one of the company’s most significant, and follows a similar acquisition
a year earlier, continuing a major strategic growth expansion for DCI in the bank
technology industry.

Specifically, the acquisition opens the door for DCI to directly offer competitive Internet and mobile banking solutions to community financial institutions in addition to the company’s award-winning iCore360® core software already being used by hundreds of banks nationwide.

DCI will continue to support the acquired product lines with a focus on accelerating their
enhancement to match the company’s flagship iCore360® software, and offer them as either
an embedded feature option for iCore360®, or as a competitive stand-alone solution for banks using competing core banking systems.

DCI also acquired the TeleBank voice banking solution, plus nearly 360 clients and the related technical, development, support and management staff that will operate from DCI’s newest
location in Dallas, TX. DCI will continue to provide the high level of customer service that existing customers are expecting to receive.
